Yeast

Today in class we experimented with a rising agent called yeast.
We attempted multiples tests to obtain information on the how strong the yeast, sugar and warm water is compared to the baking soda and vinegar mixture.
From the tests we learnt that the baking soda mixture worked quicker than the yeast mixture but over time the yeast mixture released more carbon dioxide than the baking soda mixture.
